Brandy Lemon Shaved Ice Cocktail

Ingredients

• ¾ cup shaved ice
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 3 dashes lemon juice
• 3 dashes seltzer water
• 1.5 ounces brandy

Method

1. 1 Fill a large bar glass three-quarters full with shaved ice.
2. 2 Add sugar, lemon juice, seltzer water, and brandy to the glass.
3. 3 Stir well to combine and chill.
4. 4 Strain into a sour glass and garnish with fruit.
