Brandy East India Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 dashes Maraschino liqueur
- 3 dashes Curaçao liqueur
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 jigger brandy
- Shaved ice
- Twisted lemon peel for garnish
Method
- 1 Fill a large bar glass three-quarters full with shaved ice.
- 2 Add 3 dashes each of Maraschino liqueur, Curaçao, and Angostura bitters, plus 1 jigger of brandy.
- 3 Stir the mixture well until chilled.
- 4 Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twisted lemon peel.
