Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup currants
  • ½ nutmeg, grated
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup active dry yeast

Method
