Brandy And Catawba Wine Punch
Ingredients
- 1¼ pints lemon juice
- 2 pints gum syrup
- ¾ pint orange juice
- 1¼ pints brandy
- 6 quarts equal parts sweet and dry Catawba wine
- 2 quarts carbonated water
- Ice
- Fruit for garnish
Method
- 1 Pour lemon juice, gum syrup, orange juice, and brandy into a large punch bowl.
- 2 Add the Catawba wine and carbonated water.
- 3 Stir well and place a large block of ice in the center of the bowl.
- 4 Garnish the ice with fruit and serve with a ladle into punch glasses.
