Bran Raisin Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons molasses or sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bran
- ½ cup Graham flour or whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup seedless raisins
Method
- 1 Beat 1 egg until light, then mix in molasses or sugar, milk, bran, flour, salt, baking powder, and raisins.
- 2 Pour batter into greased and floured muffin pans.
- 3 Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
