Bourbon Old Fashioned Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1½ oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 ice cube
• Twist of lemon peel

Method

1. 1 Place sugar cube in a Toddy glass and add bitters. Add a splash of water and muddle until dissolved.
2. 2 Add the ice cube and pour in the bourbon whiskey.
3. 3 Stir well to chill and dilute slightly. Express the lemon peel twist over the drink, drop it in, and serve.
