Bourbon Mint Julep
Ingredients
- 1 lump sugar
- ½ pony water
- Fine ice
- 2 jiggers bourbon whiskey
- 1 bouquet mint
Method
- 1 Dissolve the sugar lump in the water.
- 2 Fill a large silver mug with fine ice.
- 3 Pour the bourbon whiskey over the ice.
- 4 Stir well and garnish with a bouquet of mint, being careful not to bruise the leaves.
