Bourbon Mint Julep

Ingredients

• 1 lump sugar
• ½ pony water
• Fine ice
• 2 jiggers bourbon whiskey
• 1 bouquet mint

Method

1. 1 Dissolve the sugar lump in the water.
2. 2 Fill a large silver mug with fine ice.
3. 3 Pour the bourbon whiskey over the ice.
4. 4 Stir well and garnish with a bouquet of mint, being careful not to bruise the leaves.
