Boston Cream Puffs
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 ounces flour
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Salt
Method
- 1 Boil butter and water together in a saucepan.
- 2 Stir in flour while boiling until a dough forms.
- 3 Remove from heat, cool slightly, then stir in beaten eggs, soda, and salt.
- 4 Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes until golden and set.
