Boiling Milk Yeast Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 lbs flour
- 2 oz butter
- Boiling milk (as needed)
- ½ cup yeast
- Salt
Method
- 1 Rub butter into flour.
- 2 Stir in boiling milk to form a soft dough.
- 3 Once cool enough to handle, add yeast and salt; beat well.
- 4 Let rise until doubled in size.
- 5 Mold into pans and bake.
