Boiled Turbot With Lobster Sauce

- 1 turbot
- Lemon, cut
- Parsley
- Coral (roe)
- Lobster sauce
- Shrimp sauce
- Anchovy sauce
Method
- 1 Boil the turbot in water for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on its size.
- 2 Place the fish on a folded napkin with the white side facing up.
- 3 Garnish with cut lemon, parsley, and coral.
- 4 Serve with lobster, shrimp, or anchovy sauce.
