Boiled Spaghetti With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 tin tomatoes, strained
- 1 oz butter
- 1 pint water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated cheese for serving
Method
- 1 Mix the strained tomato juice with 1 pint of water and bring to a boil.
- 2 Add the spaghetti to the boiling liquid, keeping it at a fast boil.
- 3 Add the butter, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
- 4 Serve very hot with grated cheese on top.
