Boiled Perch With Salt
Ingredients
- Perch, cleaned
- Cold spring water
- 1 handful salt
Method
- 1 Place cleaned perch in a fish kettle and cover with cold spring water. Add a handful of salt.
- 2 Set over a quick fire and bring to a boil.
- 3 Reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil for about 10 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
