Boiled Mixed Berry Pudding

  • fruit (cherries, whortleberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

Method

  1. 1 Beat two eggs in a bowl.
  2. 2 Add 1 cup milk, 3 teaspoons baking powder, and enough flour to create a stiff batter.
  3. 3 Stir in fruit until the batter can hold no more.
  4. 4 Pour the mixture into a pudding mold large enough to allow for expansion.
  5. 5 Boil the pudding for one hour.
  6. 6 Serve with plain pudding sauce, Sabayon, or fruit sauce.
