  • 1 bunch mint, finely shredded
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar

Method

  1. 1 Place the shredded mint, water, and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. 2 Bring to a boil, then cook slowly for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Remove from heat, stir in the white wine vinegar.
