Boiled Mint Syrup With Vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint, finely shredded
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
Method
- 1 Place the shredded mint, water, and sugar in a saucepan.
- 2 Bring to a boil, then cook slowly for 10 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat, stir in the white wine vinegar.
- 4 Let stand for 30 minutes, then strain.
