Boiled Marmalade Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp marmalade
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 pint milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz sugar
Method
- 1 Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs, marmalade, and sugar.
- 2 Add well-beaten eggs and milk to the mixture and stir to combine.
- 3 Pour into a well-buttered mold and tie a cloth tightly over the top.
- 4 Boil the pudding for one and a half hours.
- 5 Serve with your preferred sauce.
