Boiled Greens With Drawn Butter And Eggs

  • spinach
  • salt

  • drawn butter
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • wild mustard

Method

  1. 1 Boil bacon in a pot of water.
  2. 2 Skim the pot and add cabbage sprouts, boiling until stalks are tender.
  3. 3 Boil spinach in salted water for a few minutes.
  4. 4 Tie poke in bunches, pour boiling water over it, let stand, then pour off water.
