Boiled Flounder With Salt
Ingredients
- flounders
- cold water
- salt
Method
- 1 Wash and clean the flounders, cutting the black side similarly to turbot.
- 2 Place flounders in a fish kettle with plenty of cold water and a handful of salt.
- 3 Bring to a boil, skim clean, then let stand by the fire for five minutes before serving.
