Boiled Egg White Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Method
- 1 Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes.
- 2 Pour boiling syrup in a thin stream onto beaten egg whites.
- 3 Beat until thick and fluffy.
- 4 Flavor to taste.
