Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Milk and water for wetting

Method

  1. 1 Combine flour, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2 Add milk and water gradually to form a soft dough.
  3. 3 Drop spoonfuls of dough into boiling soup.
  4. 4 Boil for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
