Boiled Drop Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk and water for wetting
Method
- 1 Combine flour, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2 Add milk and water gradually to form a soft dough.
- 3 Drop spoonfuls of dough into boiling soup.
- 4 Boil for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
