Boiled Chocolate Pudding With Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 pint milk
- 3 sticks grated chocolate
- 5 eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup cracker flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, for serving
Method
- 1 Boil milk and grated chocolate until thick. Set aside to cool.
- 2 Beat sugar and egg yolks until light. Mix in cracker flour, vanilla, and beaten egg whites.
- 3 Combine the egg mixture with the cooled chocolate milk. Pour into a well-buttered mold.
- 4 Boil the pudding in the mold for 1.5 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
