Boiled Chocolate Pudding With Whipped Cream

  • 1 pint milk
  • 3 sticks grated chocolate
  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup cracker flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for serving

Method

  1. 1 Boil milk and grated chocolate until thick. Set aside to cool.
  2. 2 Beat sugar and egg yolks until light. Mix in cracker flour, vanilla, and beaten egg whites.
  3. 3 Combine the egg mixture with the cooled chocolate milk. Pour into a well-buttered mold.
  4. 4 Boil the pudding in the mold for 1.5 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
