Boiled Cauliflower With Parsley Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Combine milk and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. 2 Add the cauliflower head and boil until tender.
  3. 3 Add salt just before removing from heat.
  4. 4 Melt butter with parsley and pour over the cauliflower.
