Boiled Cauliflower With Parsley Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
Method
- 1 Combine milk and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 Add the cauliflower head and boil until tender.
- 3 Add salt just before removing from heat.
- 4 Melt butter with parsley and pour over the cauliflower.
