Boiled Candied Orange And Lemon Peels
Ingredients
- orange peels
- lemon peels
- vinegar
- sugar
- water
Method
- 1 Cut the orange and lemon peels into small long slices, about half the length of the original peel.
- 2 Boil the peels in water.
- 3 Transfer the peels to a mixture of vinegar and sugar and boil them in this pickle.
