Boiled Brandied Egg Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1 pound flour
- 2 ounces butter
- 2 ounces sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 5 eggs
Method
- 1 Mix flour, butter, sugar, brandy, and eggs until well combined.
- 2 Roll out the dough and cut into fancy shapes, such as a true-lover's knot.
- 3 Boil the shapes in hot lard until cooked through.
