  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • milk
  • water

Method

  1. 1 Cut beef into 1-inch cubes. Cover with water, season, and boil until tender.
  2. 2 Peel and slice potatoes into ¼-inch slices. Slice onions.
  3. 3 Make dough: Mix 2 cups flour, salt, beaten egg, and enough milk to form a stiff dough. Roll thin and cut into 2-inch squares.
