  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Vinegar (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Scrape the roots of the asparagus clean and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2 Divide the asparagus into two bundles of 100 spears each, arranging the heads evenly and binding them tightly.
  3. 3 Boil a large skillet of water with salt, then add the bundles and boil quickly until tender.
