Boiled And Drained Buttered Spinach
Ingredients
- spinach
- water
- salt
- butter
- pepper
Method
- 1 Pick through the spinach thoroughly and wash it well.
- 2 Boil the spinach in plenty of hot water with salt until tender.
- 3 Drain the spinach completely to remove all moisture.
- 4 Chop the spinach and place it in a saucepan with butter, pepper, and salt.
- 5 Stir the mixture over heat for five minutes until heated through.
