  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 4 dried figs or dates
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 8 celery stalks

Method

  1. 1 Chop the dried apricots, figs (or dates), and pecans.
  2. 2 Mix blue cheese, cream cheese, and yogurt with a fork or hand mixer until smooth.
  3. 3 Stir in the chopped dried fruit and pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
