Blackberry And Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 pints blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup ground rice
Method
- 1 Stew blackberries and sugar for 15 minutes.
- 2 Soak ground rice separately.
- 3 Stir soaked rice into stewed berries and cook until thick.
- 4 Serve cold with cream.
