  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/4 cups dark corn syrup
  • 1 cup black walnuts, chopped

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two pie plates with crusts and sprinkle chopped walnuts evenly over the bottom.
  2. 2 In a bowl, beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar, then fold in flour, corn syrup, and water until smooth.
