Black Bean, Orange, And Red Onion Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 orange, peeled and diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Black pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
- 2 Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour.
