Black Bean And Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (15 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1/2 cup salsa
Method
- 1 Defrost the frozen corn overnight in the refrigerator or in the microwave.
- 2 Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.
- 3 Combine the corn, beans, and salsa in a bowl and serve as a side dish.
