Biscuit Ice Cream
Ingredients
- biscuits, grated and sifted
- cream, divided
- sugar
- vanilla
Method
- 1 Grate and sift the biscuits.
- 2 Scald half the cream with the sugar, then let it cool.
- 3 Add the remaining cream and vanilla to the cooled mixture.
- 4 Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker.
- 5 When frozen, remove the dasher, stir in the powdered biscuits, and repack to ripen.
