Biscuit Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • biscuits, grated and sifted
  • cream, divided
  • sugar
  • vanilla

Method

  1. 1 Grate and sift the biscuits.
  2. 2 Scald half the cream with the sugar, then let it cool.
  3. 3 Add the remaining cream and vanilla to the cooled mixture.
  4. 4 Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker.
  5. 5 When frozen, remove the dasher, stir in the powdered biscuits, and repack to ripen.
