Beetroot Colored Rice With Raspberry Preserve
Ingredients
- cooked rice
- juice of 1 boiled beetroot
- sugar
- raspberry preserve or red plums for serving
Method
- 1 Boil rice until tender.
- 2 Mix in the juice of a boiled beetroot and some sugar.
- 3 Turn the mixture into a mold and let it cool.
- 4 Remove from mold and serve with raspberry preserve or red plums.
