  • cooked rice
  • juice of 1 boiled beetroot
  • sugar
  • raspberry preserve or red plums for serving

Method

  1. 1 Boil rice until tender.
  2. 2 Mix in the juice of a boiled beetroot and some sugar.
  3. 3 Turn the mixture into a mold and let it cool.
  4. 4 Remove from mold and serve with raspberry preserve or red plums.
