Beet And Roast Beef Salad

Ingredients

• cold roast beef, chopped fine
• cold boiled potatoes, chopped fine
• cold beets, chopped fine
• tomato slices
• lettuce leaves
• mayonnaise dressing
• red radishes, sliced

Method

1. 1 Chop fine slices of cold roast beef, cold boiled potatoes, and beets in equal amounts.
2. 2 Add a few slices of tomatoes and a few leaves of lettuce to the mixture.
3. 3 Mix the ingredients well together.
4. 4 Cover with mayonnaise dressing and garnish with sliced red radishes.
