Beet And Carrot Russian Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 raw beet, grated
• 1 raw carrot, grated
• 1 raw onion, grated
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp mustard

Method

1. 1 Peel and grate the beet, carrot, and onion.
2. 2 Combine grated vegetables with mayonnaise, salt, paprika, sugar, and mustard in a bowl.
3. 3 Beat or whisk until well mixed. Store in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for up to one week.
