Beer Cheese On Toast
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp beer
- 4 oz good new cheese, shredded
- 4 slices bread, toasted
Method
- 1 Place beer in a small saucepan and add shredded cheese.
- 2 Stir briskly over heat until cheese is dissolved and mixture is just about to boil.
- 3 Remove from heat immediately to prevent the cheese from becoming tough.
- 4 Spread the hot cheese mixture over toasted bread slices and serve immediately.
