Beer Cheese On Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp beer
  • 4 oz good new cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices bread, toasted

Method

  1. 1 Place beer in a small saucepan and add shredded cheese.
  2. 2 Stir briskly over heat until cheese is dissolved and mixture is just about to boil.
  3. 3 Remove from heat immediately to prevent the cheese from becoming tough.
  4. 4 Spread the hot cheese mixture over toasted bread slices and serve immediately.
