Beer Braised Beef With Mustard And Onions
Ingredients
- meat, sliced thin
- 2 large onions, minced
- beer
- vinegar
- thyme
- pepper
- salt
- 1 slice bread crust
- mustard
Method
- 1 Mince onions and fry until brown. Remove and set aside.
- 2 Fry meat slices until colored on both sides.
- 3 Add beer, a dash of vinegar, thyme, pepper, and salt.
- 4 Add a slice of bread crust spread with mustard to the pot.
- 5 Simmer everything together for three hours until tender.
