Beer Braised Beef With Mustard And Onions

Ingredients

  • meat, sliced thin
  • 2 large onions, minced
  • beer
  • vinegar
  • thyme
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 slice bread crust
  • mustard

Method

  1. 1 Mince onions and fry until brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2 Fry meat slices until colored on both sides.
  3. 3 Add beer, a dash of vinegar, thyme, pepper, and salt.
  4. 4 Add a slice of bread crust spread with mustard to the pot.
