Beef Steak Pie With Egg Yolk Filling

- yolks of 3-4 hard-boiled eggs

Method
- 1 Cut beef into steaks and season with pepper, nutmeg, and salt.
- 2 Prepare filling by mincing sweet herbs, onion, and hard-boiled egg yolks.
- 3 Line pie dish with crust, add steaks, capers, and herb mixture. Dot with butter.
- 4 Cover with top crust, seal edges, and bake at 350°F for 3 hours.
