  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 green onions, sliced (tops and all)
  • 1 tbsp beef extract
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced green onions and cook until wilted.
  2. 2 Add a splash of water and boil until the liquid has evaporated.
