Beef Extract Scrambled Eggs With Green Onions
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 green onions, sliced (tops and all)
- 1 tbsp beef extract
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced green onions and cook until wilted.
- 2 Add a splash of water and boil until the liquid has evaporated.
- 3 Stir in beef extract, eggs, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is creamy and set.
- 4 Serve hot immediately.
