Beef Dripping Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- beef drippings
Method
- 1 Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Beat eggs and stir into flour, then add milk. Stir until smooth.
- 3 Pour batter into a pan with hot beef drippings, ensuring it is one inch deep.
- 4 Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 5 Cut into squares and serve alongside roast beef.
