Beef And Onion Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- cold roast beef, minced
- 1 boiled onion, finely chopped
- mashed potatoes
- butter
- pepper and salt
- 1 egg
- gravy
- mushroom catsup
Method
- 1 Mince the beef finely and moisten with a little gravy. Add the chopped onion and season with mushroom catsup.
- 2 Mix mashed potatoes with plenty of butter, well-beaten egg, pepper, and salt.
- 3 Place the beef mixture in greased scallop shells and cover with the potato mixture.
- 4 Bake in a quick oven (400°F) until lightly browned.
