Battered Fried Pork Chunks
Ingredients
- corn meal
- flour
- pork slices
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Make a thick batter using corn meal and flour.
- 2 Fry slices of pork until the fat is rendered.
- 3 Dip additional pork slices into the batter.
- 4 Drop battered pork into the bubbling fat and fry until light brown.
- 5 Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
