Batavia Arrack And Rum Punch
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 heaping teaspoon granulated sugar
- Splash of sparkling mineral water (e.g., Apollinaris)
- ¾ oz Batavia Arrack
- ¼ oz Jamaica rum
- 1 ice cube
- Splash of Champagne
- Fresh fruit for garnish
Method
- 1 Dissolve the sugar in a splash of sparkling mineral water.
- 2 Pour lime juice, sugar water, arrack, and rum into a punch glass with ice.
- 3 Stir well, then top with a dash of Champagne and stir again.
- 4 Garnish with fruit and serve immediately.
