  • 8 oz granulated sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Beat egg whites in a bowl until frothy.
  3. 3 Mix in the sugar and pounded almonds until well combined.
  4. 4 Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
