Basic Pan Fried Omelet With Parsley
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fat
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Beat 4 eggs with 4 tablespoons milk, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until mixed.
- 2 Melt 1 teaspoon fat in a hot frying pan over medium-low heat.
- 3 Pour in the egg mixture and cook slowly, lifting edges to let uncooked egg run underneath.
- 4 When browned underneath, fold the omelet over and serve on a hot platter.
- 5 Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chopped parsley before serving.
