Basic Meat And Fish Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp onion juice
- 1 sprig parsley
Method
- 1 Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, onion juice, and parsley in a flat dish.
- 2 Place cooked or raw meat or fish into the marinade.
- 3 Marinate for at least one hour, turning the pieces occasionally to ensure even flavor absorption.
