  • 1 1/2 cups bakery mix
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
