Banana Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup banana (medium, very ripe, peeled)
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- strawberries (stems removed and rinsed)
Method
- 1 Add banana, pineapple juice, yogurt, and strawberries to a blender.
- 2 Blend until smooth.
- 3 Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
