Banana Pudding Parfaits With Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounce instant pudding mix (banana or vanilla)
  • 2 cups milk (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 8 ounce fat-free yogurt (or non-dairy whipped topping)
  • 2 bananas, sliced (or other sliced fruit)

Method

  1. 1 In a medium bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with a wooden spoon, wire whisk, or electric mixer on lowest speed for 2 minutes.
  2. 2 Gently mix yogurt or whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  3. 3 Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Layer sliced fruit in the bottom of 8 dessert cups.
  5. 5 Pour the pudding mixture over the fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 5 minutes.
