Banana Pudding Parfaits With Yogurt
Ingredients
- 3.5 ounce instant pudding mix (banana or vanilla)
- 2 cups milk (non-fat or low-fat)
- 8 ounce fat-free yogurt (or non-dairy whipped topping)
- 2 bananas, sliced (or other sliced fruit)
Method
- 1 In a medium bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with a wooden spoon, wire whisk, or electric mixer on lowest speed for 2 minutes.
- 2 Gently mix yogurt or whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
- 3 Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- 4 Layer sliced fruit in the bottom of 8 dessert cups.
- 5 Pour the pudding mixture over the fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 5 minutes.
