Banana Peach Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh peaches or strawberries
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- fruit juice
Method
- 1 Place the banana, peaches or strawberries, yogurt, and fruit juice into a blender.
- 2 Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- 3 Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
